This is a quality soft cotton with a dobby effect that offers a texture design- feel in circles that are dotted sparingly around the cloth. This beautiful fabric is perfect for maxi dresses, simple long dresses and skirts, over sized shirts, long unlined duster jackets and more. Slightly transparent which will require a lining or slip depending on your garment. Easy to sew and washes well at 30 degrees. Panel 150sm.
